CXApp Workplace Experience Business and Financials Examined

In this Research Note, we examine the CXApp workplace experience business and 2023 financials, following the SPAC merger with KINS Technology in 2022 and subsequent events. Founded in 2015, CXApp is a workplace experience platform for enterprise customers in a work ‘from-anywhere’ world for employees, partners, customers, and visitors. Functionalities offered include employee engagement, desk and meeting room reservations, workplace analytics, occupancy management, content delivery, corporate communications and notifications, event management, live indoor mapping, wayfinding, and navigation. SPAC Business Combination In May 2021, Inpixon, a US Nasdaq-listed firm, acquired the outstanding capital stock of CXApp. However, in September 2022, the company announced it would spin out the business in a SPAC transaction valued at $69 million.
