Geutebrueck, the German video security specialist, has agreed a sale to IBEX Wachstumspartner, a Munich investor focused on succession in the German “Mittelstand”, with the Berlin AI group Merantix investing alongside. Announced 26 August, the deal closes on 31 August 2026. Katharina Geutebrück and her husband Christoph Hoffmann sell all their shares and step down; Tobias Huemmerich, Chief Technology Officer for seven years, takes over. Geutebrueck Financials Accounts for Geutebrück GmbH, filed on 9 July 2026, show 2025 revenue of €23.3m, up 4.5%. EBITDA reached €2.31m against a €0.26m loss the year before, and the net result swung from −€1.68m to +€1.34m. Average headcount was 115. The swing came from costs, not sales. Personnel expense fell €1.18m, from 46.6% of revenue to 39.5%, after a 2024 restructuring of the sales organization.
