CBRE Group Inc, a Fortune 500 and S&P 500 company headquartered in Dallas, is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business, acquired from Johnson Controls in 2015, provides a broad suite of integrated, contractually based outsourcing facilities management services to occupiers of real estate.
