This Research Note examines the IPO of Mendole A/S, a Danish building services company that has recently gone public on the Swedish Spotlight stock exchange. Based on the company presentation, IPO information memorandum, and subsequent press releases, we explore the transaction details, financial highlights, and overall buy-and-build strategy. Transaction Details Mendole has secured 50% of the offering through binding pre-subscriptions from new investors. The Company’s three largest shareholders, Nim Holding ApS and JK Holding af 2008 ApS (both owned by Kim & Jonas Truelsen), and Table Mountain ApS (owned by Dan Lauritzen), together hold approximately 90% of the shares before the IPO, and approximately 82% after the IPO.
