Bregal Milestone, a European private equity firm, with roughly €2 billion in capital under management, has taken a majority growth stake in meteoviva, the German vendor of AI predictive controls. The deal is intended to fund faster European expansion and the buildout of meteoviva’s autonomous building control roadmap.
