Otis Targets 60% Connectivity by 2026: IoT Platform Analyzed

Otis Profile Otis Worldwide Corporation, an independent publicly traded company, was spun off from United Technologies in 2020 after investors pushed for the breakup of the conglomerate following the persistent underperformance of the parent company’s stock.  Five years later, however, shares in the company have roughly doubled, narrowly beating the S&P 500 index and far outpacing listed rivals Schindler and Kone.
