Topics addressed include co-operation between consumption, transmission, distribution and generation as essential in achieving the low carbon future set out by the European Union.

Demand response will form a central part in achieving this aim resulting in active participation of customers ensuring consumer benefits, increased security of supply and a reduction in carbon emissions.
