SenseTime’s 33% Revenue Growth and First Positive EBITDA Since Listing

This Research Note examines the Chinese AI and computer vision company, SenseTime. We highlight 2025 results by business segment, based on their 2025 annual report announcements and investor presentations. This article updates our previous coverage of SenseTime in April 2025. SenseTime 2025 Financial Highlights For the full year of 2025, the Group’s total revenue increased by 32.9% year-on-year, reaching RMB 5,014.6 million (c. US$ 725.4 million), being the fastest growth in three years, primarily driven by continued expansion of Generative AI. Net loss of the Group narrowed by 58.6% year-on-year to RMB 1,782.0 million, and adjusted net loss narrowed by 54.3% year-on-year to RMB 1,956.1 million, achieving four consecutive half-year periods of EBITDA accelerating loss reduction; EBITDA in the second half of 2025 was RMB 376.4 million, turning positive for the first time since listing.
