ADT UK Residential Sold for £180M: Inside Johnson Controls Divestment Strategy

This Research Note examines the latest divestment ofJohnson Controls: the ADT UK residential security monitoring business is being sold to Intelligent Monitoring Group (IMG), a security services provider across Australia and New Zealand.
