In this Research Note, we examine Canadian startup FacilityOS and its recent strategic decision to rebrand from iLobby and acquire SCLogic, announced on 4th March 2025. FacilityOS Profile Founded in 2013 and based in North York, Ontario, Canada, iLobby started out as a visitor management platform that helped enterprise companies track, manage, and monitor visitors, contractors, employees, and others in their facilities, replacing more traditional pen-and-paper log methods.
