Transaction Details On 5th August 2026, ASSA ABLOY announced an agreement to acquire Gunnebo Entrance Control, an international provider of entrance control solutions, including speed gates, mass transit gates and security revolving doors. The division being divested accounts for 34% of Gunnebo Group sales, amounting to about €151 million (approx. MSEK 1,670) with a good EBIT margin, according to ASSA ABLOY.
