Bosch Powers Through Difficult 2024 with Big HVAC Expansion

This Research Note examines the Energy and Building Technology (EBT) business sector of the Bosch group, focusing on their 2024 annual results, the Home Comfort and Building Technologies divisions and how forthcoming acquisitions and divestments will impact these businesses in 2025.  This article is based on Bosch’s 2024 results announcement, 31st January 2025, 17th March 2025, Annual Press Conference, 8th May 2025 and previous Memoori analysis. Bosch EBT 2024 Financial Highlights The Energy and Building Technology business sector comprises the Building Technologies and Home Comfort divisions. Bosch Global Service Solutions division is excluded from this analysis due to the majority of its business being non-buildings related. The EBT sector accounts for 8.3% of Bosch group 2024 €90.5 billion revenues and accounts for 9% of total headcount or 35,840 people.
