Emcor US Building Services Revenue Hits $3.12 Billion

This Research Note examines EMCOR Group, one of the largest mechanical and electrical contractors in the United States with a focus on its U.S. building services business in 2025. This article updates our coverage of the group in September 2025. Emcor Corporate Overview The group has four reportable segments: Electrical construction and facilities services; Mechanical construction and facilities services; Building services; and Industrial services. Emcor Building Services in 2025 Emcor building services operations, which generated approximately $3.57 billion or 21% of 2025 total revenues, provide services to owners, operators, tenants, and managers of all types of facilities. Approximately 87% of these revenues were generated in the United States, and approximately 13% were generated in the United Kingdom. Their US Building Services business accounted for 18% of the group’s total revenues.
