The Group’s most important market is Germany, which accounted for 85% of revenues in 2023. Acquisition of ICM-Technologies 2025 On 15th January 2025, the company acquired a majority stake in ICM-Technologies GmbH (ICM-T). Founded in 2009, Hamburg-based ICM-T is an established specialist in metering technologies and the development of data infrastructures for buildings.
